Discovery Science Museum- Sacramento, CA

We enjoyed going to the Discovery Science Museum in Sacramento. It was a small museum, perfect size for a 3 and 5 year old! They LOVED it! The museum had all kinds of cool things for the girls to play with. It was a fun afternoon!!! Kaitlyn in front of the rabbit display.
Kaitlyn and Brookie liked watching the turtle.

So cute!

They enjoyed wearing butterfly wings, and learning about the metamorphosis of butterflies.

They LOVED the dentist chair, and learning about how to take care of your teeth.

Nice giant toothbrush.

Here's the future Dr. Brooklyn taking Kaitlyn's blood pressure.

Here is the future Dr. Kaitlyn! She is so cute dressed up as a doctor. She loved pretending to be a doctor! They enjoyed looking at the x-rays in the background of someone's foot!

There was a section where you learn about the skeletal system.

The girls enjoyed wearing these costumes too!

They are trying to look scary!

There was also a little section where the kids could learn about different food groups, and healthy eating.

Here is Kaitlyn in the pretend diner.

Here she is in the kitchen preparing our "meal." There were menu's with pictures of the food on it so the kids could take my order and go find what was in the picture on the menu.

Here are the girls' crayon rubbings about different animals skeletal systems.

Last but not least... the girls posing in the skeleton cut outs.
